Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment Placement
The first step in the process is a discussion with a qualified case manager to coordinate your care. This will ensure that you or your loved one can receive the best possible treatment in the most efficient way. Included is a professional assessment of your personal history, which is used to match your individual needs with the appropriate placement. In this way we hope to maximize the chances for a success-driven outcome.
After the assessment has been performed we move to the next step: identifying an appropriate treatment facility for the addicted person. Once the right facility is found, the client is placed, based on eligibility and qualifications. CRI handles all communications between facilities, family and insurance providers — ensuring the process is a smooth one for you.
Crisis Referral
CRI Out staff members are trained to listen carefully to each caller and provide referrals to available resources, as needed. A crisis is defined as a stage in a sequence of events in which the future may be determined for better or worse.
Crisis Intervention
Crisis intervention involves a “real-time” assessment of needs to determine the services and resources required by the addicted person in order to provide emotional support to him or her. The purpose of this is to determine how the crisis affects the victim’s life so that a plan for recovery can be developed, thus empowering the victim to begin moving towards the future.
CRI Out is here to help.
Our goal is to make the transition into treatment a smooth experience.
