David Antar, CRI Out’s founder, has various life experiences from active enlistment to active addiction. David was an enlisted soldier in the US Army. After his addiction got in the way of his service, he decided to become a Certified Alcohol and Drug counselor. In 2005, David began to work in this field as under the supervision on Abraham J Twerski Ph.D. as a Program Technician in an adolescent treatment facility. In 2009, David completed his studies and was hired as a Counselor at the Gooden Center in Pasadena; a long respected and admired treatment center in the community. David helped to facilitate the family program and work with families struggling with addictions. In 2010, David founded CRI Out Inc., after he realized the lack of family support when trying to get a loved one in treatment.
David Serves as CRI Out’s Outreach Coordinator and makes himself available 24 hours a day to help assist and coordinate services to the addicted person.

In 2004 Daniel Novick was awarded by the City Council of New York for being an outstanding citizen for helping at-risk teens and young adults. In 2006 he made deans honor list and received his BA in Psychology.
Daniel has demonstrated his qualifications and motivation by volunteering for JACS a non-profit organization serving chemically dependent individuals and their families since 2003, helping with projects such as teen prevention, retreat planning, family assistance and education.
After receiving his CASAC, a highly accredited certification in Substance abuse counseling Daniel opened a private practice that offers a full range of recovery services, while working as an ICF Certified life coach. Daniel has also done a considerable amount of field research under the supervision of Joshua Fogel PhD, which was presented at a scientific conference and published.
Daniel has shown persistence and motivation towards his profession by helping not just the addicted person but by also working with families and significant others which is why Donny was selected to be on CRI’s board of advisers as he continues to help us with community outreach and drug prevention strategies.
